~ HOW & WHERE SHOULD I MEASURE MY DOGGY ~
Our clothing/ accessories sizes are displayed in each products description and are usually fit to most dog, however it will be good to take an extra effort to check on their measurement before purchasing.
The best way to measure your dogs is to use the flexible tape (those that are used by tailors).If you don't have any flexible tape, try to open-up and flattened the current collar that your dog are using, take a straight ruler, measure the length from the hole to the pin. There you go, now you have the neck size. Similarly, measure up your existing harness to get the chest girth.
Having these 3 basic measurements are all you need to purchase your dog products, don't forget to add an extra 'cm' room for your dog comforts.

~ HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKES? ~
We value time as much as you do, and it's our pledge is to get the product to you as soon as possible. Normally, delivery of non-promotional items will take about 2 ~ 3 working days to reach you.
